These coins may be used to request digital rewards or coupons which are processed manually by our team after verification.

The app does not provide any real-money betting, gambling, fantasy sports, or skill contests. There is no add-money, no wallet recharge, and no in-app real money transaction.

2.1 Eligibility

2.2 Entertainment-Only Service

EP11 Reward Master is an entertainment application. All in-app activities (games, boxes, spins, etc.) are purely for fun and virtual rewards. We do not provide or support:

• Real-money betting or gambling.
• Fantasy sports or skill-based money contests.
• Any type of real-money winnings inside the app.

2.3 Virtual Coins

The app uses virtual coins:

• Coins are not real money.
• Coins cannot be purchased inside the app with real money.
• Coins cannot be directly withdrawn as cash or any financial instrument.
• Coins may be used to request coupons or digital rewards, subject to manual review.

2.4 Rewards & Coupons (Manual Process)

When you redeem coins for a coupon or reward:

• The request is manually checked by our team.
• We may verify your account activity, device, and any suspected fraud.
• Only genuine and eligible users may receive a reward/coupon.
• There is no fixed guarantee that every coin or redemption will result in a reward.

Any reward, coupon, or benefit is discretionary and depends on successful manual verification, stock availability, and compliance with our rules. We may refuse or cancel a reward if we detect any suspicious or abusive activity.

2.5 Prohibited & Fraudulent Activities

Strictly prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple or fake accounts to gain extra rewards.
• Using VPNs, emulators, parallel space, cloning apps or automated bots/scripts.
• Modifying or reverse engineering the app or using modded APKs.
• Abusing referral systems, offerwalls, surveys or ad networks.
• Generating fake clicks, installs or impressions for ads.
• Any attempt to manipulate coins, wallet or server APIs.
• Providing false information or impersonating other users.

If we detect any fraud, abuse or violation:

• Your account may be permanently suspended.
• Your coin balance may be reset to zero.
• Pending rewards/coupons may be cancelled.
• Your device or IP may be blocked from future use.

2.6 Account Management

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• We reserve the right to close, suspend, or modify any account at our sole discretion for security, abuse, or legal reasons.

2.7 No Guarantee of Service

We may change, pause, or stop any part of the app at any time without prior notice, including:

• Changing coin earning rates or rules.
• Adding/removing games, offers, or rewards.
• Temporarily or permanently shutting down the service.
