1. About the App

EP11 Reward Master is an entertainment-only application published by Flute Entertainment. Users can:

• Play simple casual games and activities inside the app.
• Watch ads.
• Complete offerwalls/surveys from third-party partners (if available).
• Open daily boxes and earn virtual coins.

Virtual coins are not real money. Coins cannot be added with real money, cannot be withdrawn as money, and cannot be converted into any financial instrument. Coins may be used only to request coupons or rewards, which are processed manually after verification.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account password (stored in secure form, not visible as plain text)

2.2 Device & Technical Information

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location. We also do not access your contacts, SMS, photos, microphone, or files unless explicitly stated and requested in the future with your consent.

• Reward/coupon redemption history.
• Login history, in-app actions, and game activity.
• Fraud checks and security logs (for suspicious or abusive behavior).

If you contact us through the app or by email, we may collect:

• Your user ID or device ID (if provided).
• The content of your message and any attachments you send.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. No Real-Money Transactions

• The app does not provide an “Add Money” or wallet recharge feature.
• The app does not support UPI, bank transfer, card payment, or any in-app purchase for money.
• The app does not provide a direct money withdrawal feature.
• Only coupons or rewards may be provided manually by our team based on genuine usage.

5. Ads, Analytics & Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party SDKs and services for advertising, analytics, and offerwalls. These partners may automatically collect certain technical and usage information from your device for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.

Such third parties may include (but are not limited to):

• Google AdMob and its mediation partners.
• Cas.ai and other ad mediation networks.
• Offerwall / survey providers (if integrated).

These third parties may collect advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and app interaction data to show personalised or non-personalised ads and to measure performance. We do not control every ad that appears, but our app itself does not provide gambling or real-money games.

6. Legal Basis & Consent

By registering and pressing the “I Agree (18+)” button inside the app, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

• Give us consent to process your data for the purposes listed above.

7. Age Restriction (18+)

EP11 Reward Master is designed for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years of age. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we may delete the account and related data.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If your account is banned for fraud or abuse, we may retain certain data (like device ID and logs) to prevent further misuse.

• Deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal requirements and fraud-prevention logs).

11. No Gambling, Betting or Financial Services

EP11 Reward Master does not provide:

• Real-money gambling or betting.
• Fantasy sports or real-money contests.
• Loans, banking, investment, or any financial product.
• Services targeted at children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the app after any update means that you accept the revised Policy.
